Make your own luck.
Too many times I hear people exclaim that so and so was so “lucky” to get, receive or attain such and such. Please understand that much of what people claim to be luck is people putting themselves in the right place at the right time. Those lucky people put hard work into their supposed lucky streak. Much of what is seen as luck isn’t luck at all, but just being there ready to do or not do.
Here is the start of a list of things to improve your chances of being lucky.
1. Get there early.
The early bird gets the worm isn’t a fairy tale. Get up early get your day started ahead of the other guy. Get where you are supposed to be early and be ready to work and get involved. Good things happen when you are early and eager to find your luck.
